Why this site exists

Most roofing information for Greater Victoria is written by roofing companies. It is often good, but it is written to win the job. We wanted a place where a homeowner in Fernwood, Gordon Head or Sooke could understand their roof, get a defensible number, and walk into a contractor conversation prepared, without being sold to first.

What we are not
