Privacy Policy

Tool inputs (home size, roof details, problem answers) are processed in your browser or on our server to produce results and are not tied to you unless you submit a request. Photos and quote documents are analysed once and not stored. When you submit a request we store your name, email, phone (optional), postal code, homeowner status, timing, project type, consent, the tool results you were viewing, and attribution (landing page, referrer, campaign tags).

To send you your roof summary, to match your request with one local roofing provider when you ask for that, to follow up as described on the How It Works page, and to improve the site (aggregate, anonymized).

Only with a roofing provider you asked us to contact, and only the details needed to quote. We do not sell lists. Service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics, AI photo/document analysis) process data under contract. AI providers receive photos or quote documents for one-time analysis and are contractually barred from training on them.

Requests are kept while your project is active and for up to 24 months for ROI reporting, then anonymized. Anonymized quote data may be used in aggregate reporting (median quote, price per square foot) with no identifying details.

Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at hello@greatvictoriaroofing.com. Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link. Under BC's Personal Information Protection Act you may also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC.

We use session storage to remember how you arrived (landing page, referrer, campaign tags) and first-party analytics events. No advertising cookies.
